Cornerwolf Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At Cornerwolf.com, we stand by our products and want every pup (and their human) to be happy with their purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit to make it right. Please review the following guidelines:


Eligibility for Store Credit

  1. Timeframe – Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Product Types Covered – Applies to dog toys, treats, and accessories.
    • Excludes: Perishable items, final sale items, or customized products.

How to Request Store Credit

  1. Email us at customerservice@cornerwolf.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name & issue
  2. Once approved, we will issue store credit equal to the item’s purchase price.

Additional Guidelines

  • One-time store credit per product (no repeated claims on the same item).
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.
  • If the item was purchased with a discount or promotion, store credit will reflect the amount paid, not the original price.
