Ingredients:
For the cookies:

1 cup oat flour (or finely ground rolled oats)

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

¼ cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)

1 egg

¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

2 tbsp honey (optional for a touch of natural sweetness)
For the frosting:

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

1–2 tsp cornstarch (to thicken)

Natural food coloring (e.g., beet powder for pink, turmeric for yellow, spirulina for green)

Optional: Freeze-dried fruit powder for color and flavor
Instructions:
1. Make the cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix oat flour, applesauce, peanut butter, egg, cinnamon, and honey until a dough forms.

Roll out dough to about ¼-inch thickness and cut with flower or bunny-shaped cookie cutters.

2. Make the frosting:
