Cornerwolf Customer Satisfaction Guarantee; Terms and Conditions

Hello and welcome! I'm Michael Ealing, founder of Cornerwolf.com (Konig LLC). When I started Cornerwolf, I made a commitment that every customer and every dog would be treated with honesty, fairness, inclusion, integrity, and respect. Those values remain at the center of everything we do.

We understand that shopping online requires trust. That’s why we stand behind every order with our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to make it right fairly, reasonably, and respectfully.

By placing an order through Cornerwolf.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Cornerwolf.com (Konig LLC).


Definitions

“Cornerwolf.com,” “Cornerwolf,” “we,” “our,” or “Company” refers to Konig LLC doing business as Cornerwolf.com.

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the purchaser of products from Cornerwolf.com.

“Product” means any physical product sold on Cornerwolf.com.

“Purchase Date” means the date payment is successfully processed on Cornerwolf.com.

“Raincheck” refers to an order placed for a product that later becomes unavailable due to inventory or system errors.


Cornerwolf Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Cornerwolf.com, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.

At Cornerwolf’s discretion, approved resolutions may include:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

This satisfaction guarantee applies to defective and non-defective products, subject to the limitations below.


Standard Return Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items

  • Unused non-defective items

  • Customer dissatisfaction

Returned items must generally be:

  • In reasonably clean condition

  • Not excessively damaged through misuse

  • Returned with original packaging when possible


Return Shipping Responsibility

Non-Defective Returns

For standard non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Cornerwolf.

Examples include:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Dog preference issues

  • Accidental purchases

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives:

  • defective,

  • damaged,

  • unsafe,

  • or incorrect due to our error,

Cornerwolf will provide a prepaid return shipping label or otherwise cover return shipping costs at no cost to the customer.


Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products at our discretion.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • inventory availability,

  • product condition,

  • and approval by Cornerwolf.


Price Match Guarantee

If you purchase a product from Cornerwolf.com and find the identical product advertised online at a lower price within 7 days, we may refund the difference, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be identical

  • Product must be in stock

  • Seller must be an authorized retailer

  • Lower price must be publicly verifiable

  • Shipping costs, coupon codes, marketplace sellers, clearance pricing, and pricing errors are excluded

Each item qualifies for one price match adjustment.

To request a price match:

  • Contact support@cornerwolf.com

  • Include your order number

  • Include a screenshot or link showing the lower advertised price


Raincheck Policy

If our inventory system mistakenly allows the purchase of an out-of-stock item:

You may choose to:

  • wait for restocking while keeping your original purchase price, OR

  • Receive a full refund

If the item cannot be restocked within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:

  • substitute products,

  • store credit,

  • or a refund.


What Is Not Covered

This Guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse

  • Failure to supervise pets

  • Improper product usage

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third parties

  • Commercial or industrial usage

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Customers are solely responsible for supervising pets and using all products safely and appropriately.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cornerwolf’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • Cornerwolf is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Refund or replacement of the product constitutes the exclusive remedy under this Agreement.

Cornerwolf.com is not responsible for:

  • veterinary expenses,

  • property damage,

  • injuries,

  • lost income,

  • or other secondary damages arising from product use.


Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include separate manufacturer warranties.

Any manufacturer's warranty:

  • remains the responsibility of the manufacturer,

  • is separate from this Guarantee,

  • and may provide additional coverage beyond Cornerwolf’s return window.

  • Photos if applicable

We aim to respond within:

  • 2 business days whenever possible.

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5–7 business days.


Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:
Washington, D.C., United States

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within Washington, D.C., unless otherwise required by law.


Policy Updates

Cornerwolf reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time for future purchases.

Any changes will not retroactively affect previous orders.
