Hello and welcome! I'm Michael Ealing, the founder of Cornerwolf.com (Konig LLC). When I started this online-only pet supply business in Washington, D.C., I made a promise that our customers and their dogs would always be treated with inclusion, honesty, fairness, and respect – values that are absolutely non-negotiable for us. As a proud Better Business Bureau Accredited Business (A-rated) 1, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of trust, transparency, and integrity. This Customer Satisfaction & Price-Match Guarantee (“Guarantee”) reflects those core values. It’s written in plain English and comes straight from my heart as a small-business owner, but make no mistake: it is a legally binding agreement designed to protect both you and Cornerwolf in a fair way.

In a nutshell, here’s our promise: we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and confident you got a great price. If you or your furry friend aren’t satisfied with a product, or if you find it cheaper elsewhere, we’ll make it right under the terms below. This Agreement lays out what we guarantee, what your remedies are, how to make a claim, and certain limitations that keep things reasonable for a small business like ours. By placing an order on Cornerwolf.com, you agree to this Guarantee at the time of purchase, creating a binding contract as soon as your order is completed. Thank you for trusting Cornerwolf – we genuinely appreciate your business and will do our very best to uphold our end of this guarantee.

Definitions

For clarity in this Agreement, we’ll use a few simple definitions:

  • “Cornerwolf.com” (or “Cornerwolf”, “we”, “our” or “the Company”) refers to Konig LLC doing business as Cornerwolf.com, the seller of the products on our website.
  • “Customer” (or “you” or “your”) refers to the person who purchases products from Cornerwolf.com.
  • “Product” means any physical good sold on the Cornerwolf.com website intended for use by dogs or their owners.
  • “Purchase Date” means the date and time when you place an order and payment is processed on Cornerwolf.com. This is the moment our Guarantee Agreement with you becomes effective.
  • “Raincheck” refers to a situation where you attempt to purchase a product through our website, but the item turns out to be unavailable or out-of-stock at the time of order due to our system mistakenly allowing the sale. In other words, a raincheck is our promise that an out-of-stock item can be purchased later at the price you originally paid. (See the Raincheck Policy section below for how we handle these rare cases.)
  • “Retail Partner” means any third-party store or website (other than Cornerwolf.com) that is authorized to sell Cornerwolf products. Currently, Cornerwolf is an online-only brand, so this mainly refers to any future pop-up shops or partner retailers we may team up with.

Any other capitalized terms in this document are specific to this Agreement and defined in context. We aim for plain language, so if anything is unclear, please contact us and we’ll gladly explain. Now, let’s dive into the specifics of our guarantees to you.

Cornerwolf Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want those tails wagging – both yours and your dog’s! If you are not 100% satisfied with any Product you purchase from Cornerwolf.com, notify us within 30 days of your Purchase Date (or delivery date if later) and we will make it right. In practice, “make it right” means, at our discretion, we will either:

  • Replace the product with a new one (at no cost to you), OR

  • Refund the purchase price you paid for the product (including any applicable sales tax and standard shipping).

This satisfaction guarantee applies for any reason – whether the product didn’t meet your expectations, didn’t fit your pup, or even if Fido simply didn’t like the flavor. We might ask a couple of friendly questions to understand the issue or request that you return the unused portion of the product (especially for high-value items), but we will not make you jump through hoops. If a return is needed, we’ll provide you a prepaid shipping label so it’s free of hassle. In many cases, we may simply ask you to donate the item to a local dog shelter instead of returning it, as part of our commitment to both customer happiness and community good.

Limitations: Our goal is to be generous with this Guarantee, but we do have a few reasonable limits. Each purchase is eligible for one satisfaction remedyone replacement or one refund per item. (For example, if we send a replacement and somehow you’re still not satisfied, we will likely issue a refund instead of continuing to replace the item repeatedly.) After a refund, the Guarantee for that purchase is considered fulfilled. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase (like your order number) and to decline a claim if it’s reported more than 30 days after you received the product, or if we find evidence of abuse of this policy (fortunately, that’s extremely rare). This Guarantee also does not cover normal wear-and-tear or damage caused by misuse (see Exclusions below). But if the fault is ours or the product’s, you’re covered – we promise to either fix the issue or give your money back, guaranteed.

Cornerwolf Price-Match Guarantee

We want you to feel confident that you’re getting a great deal with us. Our Price-Match Guarantee means that if you purchase a Product from Cornerwolf.com and then find the identical product advertised online at a lower price, we’ll refund you the difference in price, subject to the conditions below. We believe in fair pricing, and we’ll gladly match a legitimate lower price so you can shop with peace of mind.

Conditions for Price Matching: To ensure fairness, these are the conditions and steps to claim a price-match refund:

  • Eligible Products: The product must be the exact same item (same brand, model, size, color, etc.) that you purchased from us. It must be new and identical in all respects. For example, if you bought a 30-pound bag of Cornerwolf Original Dog Kibble, we will match the price of the identical 30-pound bag (not a different size or a different formula).

  • Authorized Retailers: The lower advertised price must be from a major online retailer or an authorized seller of the product. We will price-match reputable retail websites and direct competitors. However, auction sites, resale marketplaces, clearance sales, flash deals, or unofficial third-party listings do not qualify. (This is to ensure we’re matching real, regular pricing, not one-off scenarios.)

  • Current, Verifiable Price: The lower price must be currently available to the general public. It can be an online price or a local store advertisement. Please provide us with a screenshot or link to the offer. We need to verify the price and that the item is in stock at that price.

  • Timeframe: You must request the price match within 7 days of your purchase with Cornerwolf. If you see a lower price before your purchase, let us know and we’ll simply adjust the sale price for you. If you find it afterbuying from us, as long as it’s within seven days of your order, you’re eligible for a refund of the difference.

  • One Price Match per Item: Each purchased item is eligible for one price-match refund. For instance, if you buy a product and we match a competitor’s price, we won’t price-match it again if you find yet another lower price later. This prevents an endless chain of price matches and keeps it fair.

  • Exclusions: Our Price-Match Guarantee covers the product price only. We do not match differences in shipping costs, loyalty reward programs, coupon codes, or bundle offers. Additionally, obvious pricing errors by other sellers don’t qualify (if a typo lists a $100 item for $10, we can’t match that). We also won’t price-match on used or open-box items, only new products.

How to Claim: If you meet the above conditions, simply contact us via our support email or contact form with your order number and evidence of the lower price (e.g. a link or screenshot). Once verified, we will process your refund for the difference promptly – typically within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. We genuinely appreciate you giving us the opportunity to match the price. It helps us stay competitive and reward your loyalty to Cornerwolf!

Raincheck Policy (When Items Are Out of Stock)

Because we use Shopify for our online store, on rare occasions our system might mistakenly allow an order to go through for an item that’s actually out of stock (Shopify has a feature called “continue to sell when out of stock” that can cause this). We call this a “raincheck” situation. A Raincheck means the seller allows the purchaser to buy an item later at the agreed price because it was out of stock at the timelawinsider.com. Here’s how we handle rainchecks:

  • Notification: If your order turns into a raincheck (i.e., we discover we’re out of the item you purchased), we will notify you via email as soon as possible with an apology and an estimated restock date.

  • Your Choice – Wait or Refund: You will have two options: (a) Keep the raincheck – we will reserve your order and fulfill it as soon as the item is back in stock, honoring the price you already paidinvestopedia.com (even if our prices or promotions change in the meantime); or (b) Cancel for a full refund – we will promptly refund you 100% of what you paid if you don’t want to wait. The choice is yours.

  • Raincheck Fulfillment: If you choose to wait, we will keep you updated. As soon as the product is available again, we will ship it to you immediately (at no extra charge for shipping, of course). Think of it as us issuing you a raincheck ticket and then fulfilling that ticket when we have the item. You do not need to do anything except be a little patient, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

  • Time Limit: In most cases, out-of-stock items are restocked within a few days or weeks. If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot restock the item within 30 days, we will reach out to discuss alternatives (such as a similar item or an extended wait) or issue a full refund per your preference. We won’t leave you in limbo.

  • No Additional Charges: A raincheck comes with no additional cost to you. The price is locked in. We absorb any price increase that might occur before fulfillment. It’s our responsibility to get you the item or give your money back.

This Raincheck Policy ensures that an inventory glitch never means you lose out on a product you wanted at the price you expected. It’s one more way we honor our commitments and maintain trust with our customers.

What’s Not Covered (Exclusions & Customer Responsibilities)

While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, there are some exclusions to this Guarantee. These are common-sense limitations to prevent abuse and clarify our mutual responsibilities:

  • Third-Party Purchases: This Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from Cornerwolf.com. If you buy a Cornerwolf product from a third-party retailer or in a physical store (for example, through a future retail partner), that purchase is not covered by our Cornerwolf.com guarantee (it may be covered by the retailer’s policies or the manufacturer’s warranty, though). We simply cannot assume liability for products sold outside our website or by unauthorized sellers. Similarly, if you resell or transfer a product to someone else, this Guarantee does not transfer to the new owner.

  • Misuse or Improper Use: We stand behind our products when they are used as intended. We cannot cover damage or dissatisfaction caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions. Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately. For example, if a dog toy is meant for supervised play with a small dog and you leave it with a large unsupervised dog who then tears it apart, that kind of outcome isn’t covered. Pet owners are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of their pets; you must supervise your pet during use of any product and use good judgment. We provide guidance on product use, and we expect customers to follow any safety directions on packaging.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Dog products, especially toys and chews, will eventually show wear or get chewed up – that’s normal! We can’t promise to refund or replace items that have simply been exhausted through normal wear and tear or a pet’s natural behavior over time (for instance, a chew toy that was enjoyed to pieces over several weeks). Our satisfaction guarantee is aimed at initial satisfaction and quality issues, not unlimited lifetime durability.

  • Food and Treat Preferences: If your dog just doesn’t like the taste of a certain treat or food, our satisfaction guarantee does cover that (we’d refund you). However, if your dog eats the entire bag of treats over a month and then you decide it didn’t satisfy, that might be outside the scope. In short, please let us know promptly if a consumable product isn’t to your liking, and don’t feel obligated to keep using it. We want to hear about it early so we can make it right.

  • Consequential or Indirect Losses: We do not cover any consequential damages or losses beyond the direct remedies described. For example, if a leash failed and your dog got loose causing unrelated damage, or if a product’s failure inconvenienced you in some indirect way, those types of consequential losses are not covered by this Guarantee (more on liability limits below). Our responsibility is to fix or refund the product itself as described, but we cannot assume liability for other costs or damages beyond that.

  • Commercial Use: Our products are intended for typical consumer use with pets. If you are using Cornerwolf products for commercial purposes (e.g., in a dog daycare or training business) and buy in bulk, this consumer-focused Guarantee may not fully apply. Please contact us to discuss appropriate terms for commercial use if needed.

  • Fraud or Abuse: Naturally, if we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of these policies (for example, someone trying to claim multiple refunds on the same item with false information), we reserve the right to deny the claim. We’ve built this Guarantee on trust – thankfully, 999 out of 1,000 customers never even come close to any abuse, and we appreciate that.

We believe these exclusions are fair and straightforward. Our aim is to be accountable for our products and your experience, while expecting customers to use products responsibly. If you’re ever unsure whether something is covered, just ask us. We will always strive to be fair and considerate in evaluating any issue you have.

Making a Claim: How to Use This Guarantee

If you need to exercise either the Satisfaction Guarantee or the Price-Match Guarantee (or a raincheck issue), we’ve made the process as simple as possible. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at support@cornerwolf.com or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order number, the product in question, and a brief description of the issue or the price difference you found.

  2. Timing: Remember the timeframes – for satisfaction-related claims, contact us within 30 days of purchase (sooner is always okay!), and for price-match claims, within 7 days of purchase. Raincheck issues we’ll usually know about and contact you first, but you can always reach out if you suspect an item didn’t ship due to being out of stock.

  3. Provide Necessary Info: To process quickly, provide any supporting evidence needed:

    • For dissatisfaction/defect: Describe what went wrong or why you weren’t satisfied. Photos are not requiredin most cases, but if it’s a defect or damage, a photo can be helpful (and sometimes we may request it). We’ll use this info purely to improve our products and service.

    • For price match: Send us the link or advertisement of the lower price. Make sure it shows the price clearly and is the same item.

  4. Our Response: We commit to responding to all guarantee claims within 2 business days (48 hours) at most – often much faster. We’ll confirm if your claim meets the conditions of the Guarantee and specify the proposed remedy (replacement, refund, etc.). We might ask a clarifying question or two if needed, but we won’t waste your time.

  5. Resolution: Once approved, we’ll carry out the remedy as promised:

    • Refunds: We will issue the refund back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and let you know when it’s processed. It may take a few days for your bank to reflect it, but we’ll provide confirmation.

    • Replacements: We will ship out a replacement product to your original shipping address (unless you request otherwise). You’ll get a new tracking number. The replacement item will of course be at no charge. In some cases, we might send an upgraded version if the original is out of stock or discontinued, upon your agreement.

    • Price differences: We’ll refund the difference in price (or give store credit if you prefer). Again, you’ll get confirmation once done.

    • Raincheck fulfillment: If it’s a raincheck scenario, we’ll keep you posted on the item’s status and you can always change your mind and opt for a refund if the wait becomes too long.

  6. Follow-Up: We keep an electronic record of all claims and how they were resolved, using our secure customer service system (this helps us track any patterns and continually improve). We might follow up with you after resolution to ensure everything is okay. We also invite feedback on your experience – we truly do use it to make Cornerwolf better.

Throughout the process, we strive to use plain, friendly communication. You’ll be interacting with a real person (often myself, Michael, or a small team member I trust) – never a cold corporate bureaucracy. Our goal is to treat you the way we’d want to be treated if the roles were reversed. We appreciate your patience and goodwill when working through any issue.

Our Records and Technology

Cornerwolf.com utilizes modern technology to manage this Guarantee program. By making a claim, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Electronic Records: We will maintain a record of your claim, communications, and its resolution in our system. This helps ensure transparency and accuracy. We treat these records as confidential customer service records, protected by our privacy policy.

  • Communication Consent: We may correspond with you via email, phone, or other electronic means regarding your claim. By default, we’ll use the email associated with your order. If you prefer another method, let us know. All communications will be professional and respectful (and we appreciate the same in return).

  • Proof and Verification: On occasion, we might use technology tools to verify claims – for instance, checking a competitor’s website for a price match or inspecting a photo of a product issue you send. Any such usage is solely to expedite and validate your claim.

  • Optional Digital Arbitration: In the unlikely event we cannot directly resolve a dispute to your satisfaction, we may suggest an optional online arbitration or mediation service as an alternative to going to court. Being BBB accredited, we have access to BBB’s dispute resolution services, which include mediation and arbitration programs bbb.org. Participation in any digital arbitration would be voluntary – it requires both you and Cornerwolf to agree. It’s simply an option available to provide a fast, neutral resolution using technology (for example, a video arbitration session or an online mediator). You are free to decline arbitration and pursue other legal avenues, but we mention this option because it can be a convenient, low-cost way for both sides to resolve issues in a binding or non-binding manner (depending on what we mutually agree upon). If arbitration is used, we’ll ensure the process complies with applicable law and that it occurs in a fair, accessible way (potentially via a secure online platform). This is completely optional and intended to enhance your choices, not restrict them.

  • Data Use: Any data collected during a claim (your contact info, claim details, etc.) will be used strictly to administer your claim and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal claim information with third parties, except as needed to process a remedy (for example, providing your address to a shipping carrier for a replacement shipment) or if required by law.

By leveraging technology, we aim to make claiming your Guarantee straightforward and efficient, while keeping a human touch. You’ll always know there’s a real person on the other end, using these tools to serve you better.

Limitations of Liability (Legal Protections for Cornerwolf)

While our goal is to satisfy you under this Guarantee, we need to state certain legal limitations to protect our business from risks beyond the scope of this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge the following limitations on Cornerwolf’s liability:

  • Exclusive Remedy: The remedies described in this Guarantee (replacement or refund, or price difference refund) are the exclusive and sole remedies you have against Cornerwolf for issues covered by the Guarantee. In other words, our responsibility is to either replace the product or refund what you paid, as appropriate. We do not assume any further liability beyond these remedies. Replacement or refund is your sole remedy under this Guarantee.

  • No Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerwolf will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of our products or this Guarantee. This means we aren’t responsible for losses or costs that are indirectly related to a product issue – for example, we won’t pay for any vet bills, property damage, lost income, or other secondary costs. We understand that your pets are priceless to you, but we can’t assume liability for anything beyond the product itself and its purchase price.

  • Limit on Direct Damages: In any case, Cornerwolf’s total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question (plus any shipping fee you paid for that product). For instance, if you bought a toy for $20 and it somehow caused $500 in damage, our liability would still be at most $20 (the purchase price) under this Agreement. This limitation is a fundamental part of this bargain and reflects the reality that we are a small business providing affordably priced goods. (Some states do not allow such liability limits for consumer products, so this clause will apply only to the extent allowed by law.)

  • No Additional Warranties: We provide this Guarantee as a courtesy and a show of good faith. Apart from what’s expressly stated here, we do not offer any other warranties (express or implied) on the products, to the extent allowed by law. For example, we do not separately warrant that a toy will last for any specific length of time or that a treat will cure any particular pet issue – those are not promises we make. Any implied warranties that are legally required (like an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose) are limited to the duration of the 30-day satisfaction period. After that, the product is considered accepted “as is,” barring any separate manufacturer warranty (see below).

  • Indemnification for Misuse: If you use our product in a way that is not intended or not in accordance with instructions, and that misuse leads to a claim against us by someone else or causes us harm, you may be responsible for any resulting loss to us. We don’t anticipate this happening, but it’s a standard provision to protect against unusual scenarios.

  • You acknowledge your dog’s safety and use of all products (including but not limited to dog treats, supplies, training materials, and toys) is solely your responsibility- Cornerwolf.com’s liability is strictly limited to the remedies stated in this Agreement. 
  • Cornerwolf.com is not responsible for the safety, performance, or outcome of any dog treats, supplies, training, toys, or third party services. 

We present these limitations not to dodge responsibility, but to be transparent about the boundaries of our responsibility. We price our products and offer this robust guarantee on the assumption that our exposure is limited to refunding/replacing the product value, and not beyond. This ensures we can stay in business and continue serving all our customers fairly. Importantly, nothing in this section is intended to contravene your rights under law – if the law says a certain liability cannot be disclaimed or limited, then our limitation won’t apply to that extent. We just ask that you understand our need to include these protective clauses.

Manufacturer Warranties & Third-Party Products

Many of the products we sell are ones we manufacture or brand ourselves, but we may also sell products made by other manufacturers. Here’s what you need to know about those:

  • Manufacturer’s Warranties: Some products (for example, an electronic pet gadget or a branded accessory) might come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any such warranty is in addition to our Cornerwolf Guarantee. If a product has a manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty still applies and you have the right to service under it. Often, manufacturer warranties last longer (90 days, a year, or more) and may cover certain defects even after our 30-day satisfaction window. We encourage you to register and utilize any applicable manufacturer warranty. Cornerwolf will honor and support all valid manufacturer warranties for items purchased on our site – meaning, we’ll help you get in touch with the manufacturer or facilitate a warranty claim if needed. However, the manufacturer’s warranty is ultimately provided by the manufacturer, not by Cornerwolf, so the precise terms and remedies are determined by them (often repair or replace). We cannot expand or alter those third-party warranty terms, nor can we be held liable if a manufacturer fails to meet their warranty obligations.

  • No Additional Product Warranties:
    Konig LLC does not warrant or guarantee any products beyond the scope of the warranties provided by the original manufacturers. Your remedies for product defects are limited to those afforded by the manufacturer’s warranty once our Guarantee period has expired.

  • No Double-Dipping: If you make a claim under this Cornerwolf Guarantee (say, we already gave you a refund or replacement) and that issue was also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, you shouldn’t also claim a double remedy from the manufacturer – one resolution is generally the limit. Conversely, if the manufacturer handles a warranty claim (e.g., sends you a replacement after 6 months), that issue would likely be outside our 30-day window anyway. We’ll coordinate with you to avoid confusion.

  • Third-Party Goods: Occasionally, we might offer for sale some third-party goods on our site (for example, a popular brand of dog leash we don’t make ourselves). In such cases, we will clearly identify the manufacturer/brand. Our Cornerwolf Satisfaction Guarantee still applies to those items at the point of sale(meaning if you’re unhappy initially, come to us within 30 days and we’ll refund/replace as usual). But beyond that initial satisfaction period, Cornerwolf is not liable for the ongoing performance or any long-term defects of third-party manufactured goods. Those concerns would fall under the manufacturer’s responsibility via their warranty. We will assist you in contacting them, but we can’t assume liability on their behalf.

  • Retail Partner Purchases: If in the future our products are sold in brick-and-mortar stores or other websites (retail partners), please note that this Guarantee applies only to direct purchases from Cornerwolf.com. Purchases made elsewhere are subject to that seller’s policies. We of course stand by the quality of our products wherever they’re bought, but if you bought a Cornerwolf item at a local pet shop, you’d have to follow that shop’s return/refund policy (and any manufacturer warranty). We cannot issue direct refunds or replacements for products not purchased through our website, because we won’t have record of the transaction. That said, if you have any issue with a Cornerwolf product obtained through another channel, we welcome you to reach out – we’ll still try to help (perhaps by connecting you to the right person or offering advice), but we just can’t formally process it under this Guarantee.

  • No Liability for Third-Party Services: If our website ever links you to third-party services or products (like a pet insurance offer or a partner service), those are outside the scope of this Guarantee. We aren’t responsible for anything those third parties do or don’t do.

In summary, all normal manufacturer warranties remain in effect and are not replaced by our Guarantee. Our Guarantee is a bonus layer of protection and assurance from us to you, not a substitution for any other warranty. We just want to clarify where our responsibility ends and another party’s begins. And as always, we’ll be transparent about who makes a product and what warranties come with it, so you can make informed decisions.

Compliance with Laws & Final Terms

Cornerwolf is based in Washington, D.C., and we are committed to full compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. We want to highlight a few final points in that regard and wrap up this agreement:

  • No Waiver of Statutory Rights: This Guarantee complements and does not replace or nullify any rights you have under D.C. or federal consumer laws. For example, the District of Columbia has strong consumer protection regulations (such as the D.C. Consumer Protection Procedures Act) that ensure you receive truthful information and fair dealing. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to infringe on those rights. In fact, we have designed this Guarantee to exceed minimum legal requirements as a gesture of our commitment to you. If any provision of this Agreement is found to contradict a mandatory provision of law or is unenforceable under the law, then that provision will be deemed modified or severed to comply with the law, and all other provisions will continue in full force. This Guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under applicable lawthetuolife.com. We want you to have the benefit of all those rights.

  • Governing Law: This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising from it or your purchase with Cornerwolf will be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. We are proud to be a D.C. business and choose D.C. law to apply to our customer relationships. If you are a consumer residing in another state or country, and mandatory laws in your area provide you additional protections, those will apply as relevant. But the core terms of this Guarantee are intended to be interpreted under D.C. law.

  • Forum for Disputes: In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably between us (and if we don’t choose the optional arbitration route discussed earlier), you agree that any lawsuit or legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Washington, D.C.. This usually will be the D.C. Superior Court (or the Small Claims division for smaller matters), or if federal jurisdiction is appropriate, the U.S. District Court for D.C. Both you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Essentially, by doing business with us, you’re agreeing to resolve any serious disputes here at our “home base” in D.C. This helps keep things consistent and fair for all customers. (If you’re not based in D.C., we know this might be inconvenient, so we truly encourage working with us directly to avoid ever needing to go to court.)

  • No Class Actions: To the extent allowed by law, you and Cornerwolf agree that any claims between us will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding. We prefer to address customer concerns one-on-one. This is in line with providing personal attention to each claim.

  • Entire Agreement: This document (along with our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy posted on our website) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cornerwolf regarding the Customer Satisfaction and Price-Match guarantees. It supersedes any earlier statements or advertisements about our guarantees. No employee or representative of Cornerwolf is authorized to modify these terms or make any promises beyond what is written here, except in writing signed by an authorized officer of the company (or by an email directly from me, Michael, in which I explicitly amend this Agreement for a specific situation).

  • Changes to this Agreement: We may update or modify this Guarantee Agreement from time to time, but any changes will not retroactively affect purchases you’ve already made. The version in effect at your time of purchase will govern that purchase. We’ll post updates on our website with a new effective date if we make any material changes. And we’ll always strive to maintain the spirit of generosity and fairness this Guarantee embodies, even if we adjust some wording for legal or business reasons. If we ever needed to scale back certain terms, it would only apply to future purchases, and we would do so carefully and transparently.

  • Transferability: This Agreement is between you and Cornerwolf. You cannot transfer your rights under this Guarantee to any other person (except that an original gift recipient of a product can get the benefit of the satisfaction guarantee if you bought it for them, as long as they come to us within the period – essentially we treat gifts kindly). Cornerwolf may transfer or assign its obligations here to a successor company (for example, if we reorganize or someone acquires us), but the same terms would apply and your rights wouldn’t be reduced by any such transfer.

  • Heading and Language Clarity: The headings in this Agreement (like “What’s Not Covered” etc.) are there to make it easier to read – they have no legal effect by themselves. We’ve written this in plain English because we genuinely want you to understand it. Where we’ve included legal terms, we often follow them with an explanation. Both the legal term and the plain explanation are intended to mean the same thing; if there’s any ambiguity, the interpretation that best aligns with DC consumer law and our intent to be fair should prevail.
