Free Local Delivery

We proudly offer free local delivery within a 5-mile radius of our location.

Delivery Timing

Same-Day Delivery — Orders placed before 3:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery.

Next Business Day Delivery — Orders placed after 3:00 PM will typically be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Minimum

Free local delivery is available on orders over $15.

If You're Not Home

If you are not home during delivery, your order may be left at your door or another secure location, as determined safe by the delivery provider.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that there is a safe location for delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered, Cornerwolf is not responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after delivery.

Flat-Rate & Free Shipping

Contiguous United States (48 States)

• Free Shipping — Orders of $49 or more (after discounts, promotions, and before applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Flat-Rate Shipping — A $4.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $49.

Alaska & Hawaii

• Free Shipping — Orders of $89.99 or more (after discounts and promotions, before applicable taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Flat-Rate Shipping — A $9.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $89.99.

Shipping rates apply to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Order Processing

Your orders are our priority.

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed before the daily cutoff time may qualify for same-day shipment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment was affected by an error made by Cornerwolf.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

• Check around the delivery location.
• Check with neighbors or building management.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Cornerwolf will reasonably assist customers during carrier investigations whenever possible.

While we are happy to assist, we cannot guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund for packages that the shipping carrier verifies as successfully delivered.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Cornerwolf is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship it.
