Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to promotional offers made available by Konig LLC d/b/a Cornerwolf.com ("Cornerwolf"). Promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations, availability, and other conditions described below.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Promotional Pricing Basis

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cornerwolf promotional offers are calculated using the applicable product's Compare-at Price, not a temporary sale price or other discounted selling price.

When an eligible product is already displayed at a sale or discounted price, the promotional discount is calculated from the Compare-at Price. Promotional offers do not provide an additional percentage discount from an existing sale price unless Cornerwolf expressly states otherwise.

For promotions involving a free or discounted item, the applicable promotional value and determination of the lowest-priced eligible item are based on the eligible products' Compare-at Prices.

Where a promotion uses a minimum qualifying merchandise amount, promotional eligibility is determined using the applicable Compare-at Prices unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

1. Buy 3, Get the 4th Free

Purchase three eligible toys and receive the fourth eligible toy free. Eligible toys may be mixed and matched.

The eligible toy with the lowest Compare-at Price is free.

• Offer applies automatically to qualifying purchases.
• Promotional eligibility and free-item value are calculated using Compare-at Prices.
• Eligible products may change during the promotional period.
• Maximum of three free toys per order.
• Offer is subject to product availability and while supplies last.
• The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• Buy 3, Get the 4th Free cannot be combined with Spend $60, Save $10.
• Buy 3, Get the 4th Free cannot be combined with the Buy 2 Tuffy®, Mighty® or DuraForce® Toys & Save 30% on the Second Toy promotion.
• Buy 3, Get the 4th Free may be combined with qualifying Free Shipping and the Free Treat $65+ promotion.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly permitted by Cornerwolf.

Returns — Buy 3, Get the 4th Free

The promotional benefit is based on the number and Compare-at Prices of qualifying toys purchased and retained by the customer.

If a return, cancellation, refund, or other adjustment reduces the number of eligible toys retained so that the order no longer qualifies for some or all of the original promotion, Cornerwolf may recalculate the promotion based on the eligible merchandise retained and adjust the refund accordingly, subject to applicable law.

The value of any free-item promotional discount for which the remaining purchase no longer qualifies may be deducted from the refund otherwise due.

For orders receiving multiple free toys, the number of free toys for which the customer remains eligible will be recalculated based on the qualifying toys retained.

Example: A customer purchases four eligible toys and receives the eligible toy with the lowest Compare-at Price free. If the customer subsequently returns one of the three paid qualifying toys, only three eligible toys remain and the purchase no longer qualifies for the free fourth toy. The promotional discount may therefore be reversed when calculating the refund.

2. Buy 2 Tuffy®, Mighty® or DuraForce® Toys & Save 30% on the Second Toy

Purchase any two eligible Tuffy®, Mighty®, or DuraForce® toys and receive 30% off the Compare-at Price of the eligible toy with the lower Compare-at Price.

Eligible Tuffy®, Mighty®, and DuraForce® toys may be mixed and matched.

• The 30% promotional discount is calculated using the applicable Compare-at Price, not an existing sale or discounted selling price.
• When the two qualifying toys have different Compare-at Prices, the discount applies to the toy with the lower Compare-at Price.
• Eligible products may change during the promotional period.
• Offer is subject to product availability and while supplies last.
• The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
• This promotion cannot be combined with Buy 3, Get the 4th Free.
• This promotion may be combined with qualifying Free Shipping and the Free Treat $65+ promotion.
• This promotion cannot be combined with other product discounts or promotional offers unless expressly permitted by Cornerwolf.

Returns — Buy 2 & Save 30% on the Second Toy

The 30% promotional discount is based on the customer purchasing and retaining the required number of eligible Tuffy®, Mighty®, or DuraForce® toys.

If a return, cancellation, refund, or other adjustment causes the customer to no longer retain the required two eligible toys, Cornerwolf may recalculate the promotional discount based on the eligible merchandise retained and adjust the refund accordingly, subject to applicable law.

If one of the two qualifying toys is returned and the remaining purchase no longer qualifies for the promotion, the promotional benefit may be reversed when calculating the refund otherwise due.

If an order contains multiple qualifying promotional sets, eligibility will be recalculated based on the eligible merchandise retained.

3. Spend $60, Save $10

Customers with $60 or more in qualifying merchandise, calculated using applicable Compare-at Prices, receive $10 off the qualifying purchase.

• The $60 qualifying threshold is based on eligible merchandise at its applicable Compare-at Price.
• Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and other excluded items do not count toward the $60 qualifying amount unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Spend $60, Save $10 cannot be combined with Buy 3, Get the 4th Free.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly permitted by Cornerwolf.
• The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed separately for cash or store credit.

Returns — Spend $60, Save $10

The $10 promotional discount is based on the customer purchasing and retaining at least $60 in qualifying merchandise based on applicable Compare-at Prices.

If a return, cancellation, refund, or other adjustment causes the qualifying merchandise retained by the customer to fall below the $60 qualifying threshold, the remaining purchase no longer qualifies for the original $10 promotional discount.

Cornerwolf may recalculate the transaction and account for the $10 promotional benefit when determining the refund otherwise due, subject to applicable law.

Example: A customer qualifies for Spend $60, Save $10 and receives the $10 promotional discount. If merchandise is subsequently returned and the remaining qualifying merchandise falls below the $60 threshold, the purchase no longer qualifies for the $10 promotional benefit. The discount may therefore be reversed when calculating the refund.

4. Free Treat $65+

Customers with $65 or more in qualifying merchandise, calculated using applicable Compare-at Prices unless otherwise stated, may receive a promotional free treat while the offer is active and supplies are available.

• Limit one promotional free treat per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
• Free treat selection and availability may vary.
• Cornerwolf may substitute another promotional treat if the advertised treat becomes unavailable.
• Promotional free treats have no redeemable cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• The Free Treat $65+ promotion may be combined with Buy 3, Get the 4th Free.
• The Free Treat $65+ promotion may be combined with the Buy 2 Tuffy®, Mighty® or DuraForce® Toys & Save 30% on the Second Toy promotion.
• Other eligibility requirements or exclusions may apply as displayed with the offer.

Returns — Free Treat $65+

If a return, cancellation, refund, or other adjustment causes the retained qualifying merchandise to fall below the applicable $65 threshold, Cornerwolf may, where permitted by applicable law, require the promotional gift to be returned or account for the promotional benefit when determining the refund.

Promotional free gifts have no refundable or redeemable cash value.

5. Free Shipping

Qualifying orders may receive free shipping according to Cornerwolf's current Shipping Policy.

Free Shipping may be combined with:

• Buy 3, Get the 4th Free
• Buy 2 Tuffy®, Mighty® or DuraForce® Toys & Save 30% on the Second Toy
• Spend $60, Save $10
• Free Treat $65+

provided the order otherwise meets the requirements of the applicable Free Shipping offer.

Free-shipping thresholds, geographic restrictions, eligible shipping methods, exclusions, and other conditions remain subject to Cornerwolf's current Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Promotional Adjustments

Promotional discounts, free products, and free gifts are provided based on the qualifying purchase made by the customer. Returning merchandise may affect eligibility for a promotion and the amount eligible for refund.

If a return, cancellation, refund, or other order adjustment causes the merchandise retained by the customer to no longer satisfy the requirements of a promotion, Cornerwolf may recalculate the transaction based on the merchandise retained and adjust the refund to reflect the promotional benefit for which the customer remains eligible, subject to applicable law.

This may include:

• Reversing all or part of a promotional discount;
• Accounting for a promotional benefit when calculating the refund otherwise due;
• Recalculating the number of qualifying promotional sets;
• Recalculating the promotional discount applicable to merchandise retained;
• Requiring a promotional free gift to be returned where permitted by applicable law; or
• Adjusting a refund when the retained purchase no longer meets a promotional spending threshold.

Refund calculations will take into account the amount actually paid, promotional discounts received, merchandise returned, and merchandise retained.

A promotional discount, free product, free gift, or other promotional benefit does not create additional refundable value and cannot be converted separately to cash or store credit.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

7. Returns of Items Purchased as Part of a Multi-Item Promotion

When a promotion requires the purchase of multiple products to receive a discount or free item, the promotional benefit is based on the qualifying group of products rather than any individual item standing alone.

If one or more products from a qualifying promotional group are returned, Cornerwolf may recalculate the promotion based on the products the customer retains.

The refund for a returned item may therefore be less than its Compare-at Price, sale price, or other displayed price if retaining the original promotional benefit would cause the remaining purchase to receive a promotion for which it no longer qualifies.

The amount actually paid, applicable Compare-at Prices, promotional benefits received, merchandise returned, and merchandise retained may be considered when determining the applicable refund.

8. Promotion Eligibility & Availability

Promotions may be limited to:

• Specific products or collections;
• Specific brands;
• Specific quantities;
• Minimum qualifying purchase amounts;
• Specific customers or markets;
• Specific geographic areas;
• Available inventory; or
• Specific promotional periods.

Products may be added to or removed from promotional eligibility during an active promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Compare-at Prices are used as the pricing basis for Cornerwolf promotional offers.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and other non-qualifying charges do not count toward minimum promotional purchase requirements unless expressly stated otherwise.

Offers are available while supplies last where applicable.

9. Promotion Combinations

Only promotional combinations expressly permitted by Cornerwolf may be combined.

• Free Treat $65+, where otherwise eligible

• Buy 3, Get the 4th Free
• Other discounts unless expressly permitted

If multiple incompatible promotions would otherwise apply to the same purchase, only the promotion or combination permitted by Cornerwolf's checkout and promotional rules will apply.

10. Pricing, Technical Errors & Promotional Abuse

Cornerwolf reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to correct pricing, promotional, typographical, technical, or system errors.

Cornerwolf may refuse, cancel, or adjust promotional benefits in cases involving suspected fraud, manipulation, misuse, or abuse of a promotion, including attempts to structure purchases, returns, cancellations, or multiple transactions primarily to obtain promotional benefits contrary to the stated terms.

11. Modification or Termination of Promotions

Cornerwolf may modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include adjustments to eligible products, promotional amounts, purchase requirements, combination rules, promotional periods, or quantity limits.

Changes will not affect completed purchases except as permitted by these terms and applicable law.

12. Additional Terms

All purchases remain subject to Cornerwolf's applicable Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

If terms specifically displayed with an individual promotion conflict with these general Promotional Terms & Conditions, the terms specifically applicable to that promotion will control to the extent of the conflict.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions supplement, and do not replace, Cornerwolf's other applicable policies.
