We offer free local delivery within 5 miles on orders over $15, with same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM (otherwise, next business day). For shipped orders, we provide free standard ground shipping on $49+ (after discounts) and a flat $4.99 rate under $49. Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri), and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. We work with trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to help your order arrive safely and on time.

How does same-day local delivery work?

Orders placed before 3 PM qualify for same-day local delivery. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What happens if my shipment is lost?

Orders are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk of loss and title pass to you once we deliver the package to the carrier.

What’s your return window?

You have 30 days from your purchase date (or delivery date if later) to contact us about a return, refund, or replacement.

What can I get — refund or replacement?

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we will either (at our discretion):

  • Replace the product at no cost, or
  • Refund what you paid for the item (including sales tax and standard shipping, if applicable)

Each item qualifies for one satisfaction remedy (one refund or one replacement).

Do I have to ship the item back?

Sometimes. Depending on the item and situation, we may:

  • Ask for the unused portion to be returned (especially for higher-value items), or
  • Provide a prepaid return label if a return is needed, or
  • Ask you to donate the item to a local dog shelter instead of shipping it back

The goal is simple: make it right without making you jump through hoops.

What isn’t covered?
  • Normal wear and tear (toys get chewed — that’s their job)
  • Damage from misuse or not following instructions / supervision guidance
  • Products not purchased directly from Cornerwolf.com
  • Claims made after 30 days
  • Rare cases of suspected fraud or abuse
How do I start a return or claim?

  • The product name
  • A quick note on what went wrong (photos are helpful for damage/defects, but usually not required)
